Grooming Services & Prices

We provide a thorough brushing of your pet's entire coat to remove loose hair, debris, and minor tangles or knots. This service is typically performed between Bath/Brush or Bath/Haircut appointments. For significant matting, de-shedding, and knots, there may be an extra charge, which your groomer will discuss with you at the time of service. Nails are trimmed, and ears are cleaned during these sessions, which generally last between 30 to 60 minutes. 

This service ncludes a full shampoo, fresh water rinse, towel and/or blow-dry, brush out debris and minor tangles/knots, trim nails, clean eyes and ears, and one final fluff. For longer hair coats or breeds that don't get a haircut, a Potty Path or Feet/Face/Fanny trim add-on is recommended. These pet grooming appointments, typically range from 45 to 75 minutes.

This service includes a bath, brush, nail trim, and ear cleaning, along with a breed-appropriate haircut using scissors and/or clippers. Please note that there may be an additional charge for specialized cuts, specific breeds like Std. Poodles, Doodles, Bichon Frise, Afghan Hound, and Water Dogs, or for appointments that exceed 90 minutes.

This includes all of the full groom services o(see above), with additional time allocated for preparation, drying, brushing, and more complex or breed-specific haircuts. Breeds requiring the extended full groom service include, but are not limited to, Standard Poodles, Doodles, Water Dogs, Giant Schnauzers, and Old English Sheepdogs. These specialized appointments typically range from 90 to 150 minutes.

$15 per 15 minutes will apply when the appointment time exceeds the time allocated for scheduled services.

Groomer will express the anal glands externally during the bath. 

We use specially formulated de-shedding shampoo and conditioner, combined with additional brushing time using specific deshedding tools, ensures a thorough clean. The high velocity dryer is perfect for blowing out the undercoat and keeping your pet looking its best. 

A hydrogen peroxide-based treatment is applied during bathing in addition to a skunk oder specific shampoo..

For optimal ear health, we use a veterinary-approved liquid ear cleaner with cotton balls—never cotton swabs. Regular cleaning of ear lobes should be done monthly, or more frequently for breeds with long, floppy ears and those that swim often. 

Additional time to address matting or excessive matting conditions; meant to be be combined with our de-shedding or Furminator treatment. In some cases, clippers or scissors may be necessary to remove matting. The cost is $15 for each 15-minute increment as needed.

In conjunction with a bath and brush service, the face, feet/legs, and fanny are tidied up with scissors/clippers. 

We offer nail trimming services that can be performed using nail clippers, a file, or grinding. 

After a thorough cleaning, nail trim, and trim of paw pad hair, we apply a nourishing balm that provides a protective barrier against harsh surfaces and conditions, such as hot pavement, sand, salt, ice, and snow. 

We allocate additional time for grooming services if a pet is not cooperative or unruly; this is typically reserved for extreme cases. Pets who exhibit aggression may be turned away or have their grooming appointment shortened. 

Setting a grooming pattern for specific breeds such as Schnauzer, Westie, and Airedale is essential at Paws and Suds Mobile Pet Grooming. Once this pattern is established, future grooms will be focused on maintenance and won't incur the initial fee.

For pets who have soiled themselves after their bath, requiring an additional bath.

A partial or full shave of your pet can be based on the pet owner's preference, the breed's standard, seasonal needs like a summer coat, or due to excessive matting. 

Wee offer specialized services for dogs exceeding 100 pounds, which may require additional time and/or a groomer. Pets of this size will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must exhibit a gentle demeanor. 

A new toothbrush is used for each teeth brushing during their spa session

A pet, pet parent, and groomer 'meet and greet', along with a grooming introduction, will last up to 30 minutes. During this time, the groomer fwill recommend specific grooming services tailored to your pet's needs.
