Meet the WET PAWS TEAM

Christopher is a Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in July 2023.  Prior to joining Wet Paws, he was a dog handler and bather at a local doggie day care and kennel. His first pet-related job was at a doggie daycare in Denver.

Bonnie is a Senior Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in August 2023. Prior to joining, Bonnie owned and operated a grooming salon and pet boutique for 10 years.  She also volunteers at two different local non-profit organizations.

Curtis is a Senior Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in March 2024. Curtis has been working with pets since 2018 with progressive experience including canine coach, spa specialist, bather, and finally pet stylist/groomer at local salons. He completed the Pet Stylist Academy at a big box pet salon.

Isolina is a Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in July 2024. She has been grooming professionally since 2022 and completed a groomer training program for breed standard cuts by clipper, clipper comb, scissoring, and more. Isolina has Associate of Science degrees in Biology and Integrated Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Annika is a Senior Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in December 2024. Entering the profession in 2018, she has experience as both a groomer and grooming salon leader in a big box pet salon. Prior to pet grooming, Annika has several years of experience as a (human) hair stylist, and has also worked in retail and hospitality. 

Tatyana is a Senior Groomer with Wet Paws. She initially joined the company in August 2023 until some life events took her to back to salon grooming and then to a franchised mobile groomer. She rejoined Wet Paws in September 2025 and we happily welcomed her back! Tatyana has been grooming professionally since 2017 and also has experience as a Vet Assistant at a local pet hospital.

We are currently looking for an experienced pet groomer with 1+ years in a professional setting (mobile or salon) to work 1-4 days a week.  

Rachel joined Wet Pets in October 2023 and is Operations & Events Coordinator and often on the other end of your phone calls, emails, and texts. She has animal care experience from a big box salon and a donkey rescue. She gets "hands-on" time with pets by occasionally conducting grooming appointments. Rachel has an Associate of Science degree in Equine Management & Training.

Christine is Pet Pal Services Coordinator and oversees non-grooming services, including: dog walking, drop-in pet visits, pet waste removal, and  pet taxi. She joined the company in January 2025, with extensive operations and management experience. Christine volunteers at Animal Welfare’s Eastside shelter is a pet parent of four. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (UNM) and MBA.

Jason is the Founder, Owner, and General Manager of Wet Paws. He is a native of NM and has over twenty-five years of business management, operations, customer service, sales, and marketing experience. He is on the Finance Committee at All Faiths Children's Advocacy Center, a Board Member at CASA Q, and a member of the NM Out Business Alliance. He has a BBA from NMSU and MBA from UNM.
