Curtis is a Senior Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in March 2024. Curtis has been working with pets since 2018 with progressive experience including canine coach, spa specialist, bather, and finally pet stylist/groomer at local salons. He completed the Pet Stylist Academy at a big box pet salon.

Isolina is a Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in July 2024. She has been grooming professionally since 2022 and completed a groomer training program for breed standard cuts by clipper, clipper comb, scissoring, and more. Isolina has Associate of Science degrees in Biology and Integrated Studies and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Specialty: breed standard haircuts up to 65#

Annika is a Senior Groomer and Quality & Training Coordinator with Wet Paws and joined the company in December 2024. Entering the profession in 2018, she has experience as both a groomer and grooming salon leader in a big box pet salon. Prior to pet grooming, Annika has several years of experience as a hair stylist, retail, and hospitality.

Specialty: challenging grooms, cat shave downs, haircuts on all sized dogs 

Faith is a Groomer with Wet Paws and joined the company in January 2026. Faith began as a pet care specialist, then bather, and finally groomer/pet stylist. She completed the Pet Stylist Academy at a big box pet salon. Faith has safe animal handling experience and understands animal body language and works with nervous dogs. Faith is pursuing an Associates Degree in computer science.

Specialty:  bath/brush/desheds and haircuts on dogs up to 75#

Dennis is a Groomer at Wet Paws and joined the company in January 2026. In addition to dog grooming in both salon and mobile environments, his prior experience includes dog bather, kennel technician, and trainer. In 2019, Dennis earned a Veterinary Assisting Certificate and worked in a veterinary clinic. He also has customer service experience in retail.

Specialty: bath/brush/desheds and haircuts on 50#+ dogs

Rachel joined Wet Pets in October 2023 and is Sr. Operations & Events Coordinator and often on the other end of your phone calls, emails, and texts. She has animal care experience from a big box salon and a donkey rescue. She gets "hands-on" time with pets by occasionally conducting grooming appointments. Rachel has an Associate of Science degree in Equine Management & Training.

Specialty: bath/brush/desheds on dogs up to 75#

Christine is Pet Pal Services Coordinator and oversees non-grooming services, including: dog walking, drop-in pet visits, pet waste removal, and  pet taxi. She joined the company in January 2025, with extensive operations and management experience. Christine volunteers at Animal Welfare’s Eastside shelter is a pet parent of four. Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (UNM) and MBA.

Jason is the Founder, Owner, and General Manager of Wet Paws. He is a native of NM and has over twenty-five years of business management, operations, customer service, sales, and marketing experience. He was appointed by Mayor Keller to CABQ's Small Business Regulatory Commission, is a Board Member at CASA Q, and a member of the NM Out Business Alliance. He has a BBA from NMSU, an MBA from UNM, and graduated from the three year Graduate School of Retail Banking Management program.
