Pet PaL Services

All in-home services begin with a meet & greet that includes you, your pet(s), and our pet professional. This meeting allows us to get acquainted with your pet(s), understand their care needs, learn about their routines, and answer any questions you may have. After scheduling the meet & greet, we will send you an intake form to collect your information, which will be reviewed during the meeting.

This service is ideal for pets where the pet parent is home but not available or able to walk their dog. The primary objective of this service is to provide your pet with activity time, ensuring they stay active and engaged. Activities may include playtime in and around your yard or property, a walk in the neighborhood, or strolling to a nearby park.

With the help of our pet pals, your pet gets to stretch their legs, go outside to do their “business”, and enjoy some activity time. This is particularly ideal when no one is home during the day, when hybrid workers need to go to the office, or for daytime checks during brief overnight travel. Emergency checks can also be arranged if your workday goes long or your return home is delayed, ensuring your pet is cared for.

A Pet Pal will collect pet waste from your yard, dog run, and/or litter box, bag it separately, and place it in your garbage collection container, other designated disposal area, or take it with them. Our tools and equipment are sanitized between locations. Once this service is established, no one is required to be home, provided that arrangements for access have been made in advance, allowing you to enjoy the convenience that our service offers

Does your pet need a ride? If you’re busy, at work, or don’t drive, our PetPal™ taxi can provide a safe and timely ride for your pet to their next appointment. Our pet taxi service offers private transportation in a climate-controlled vehicle that is well maintained and fully insured. For added safety, we use kennels that are safety tested, single-body constructed with rubber feet and ventilation. These kennels have received a 5-star crash test rating from the Center for Pet Safety.
