In-Home Pet Pal™ Services
Our Pet Pals offer non-grooming services, including dog walking, drop-in visits, pet waste removal, and pet taxi. We are open to special requests as well.
These services are currently available in Albuquerque only.
Wet Paws is a member of Pet Sitters International. All employees are Pet CPR and First Aid trained. Pet Pals have additional training including “Dog Care Fundementals for Pet Care Professionals” and “Pet Transportation for Pet Sitters.”
Meet & Greet
All in-home services begin with a meet & greet with you, your pet(s), and our pet professional. This gives us the chance meet your pet(s), understand their pet care needs, learn pet routines, and answer any questions. After the meet & greet is scheduled but prior to it occurring, we will send you an intake form to collect your information, which will be reviewed during the meet & greet.
Dog Walking
This service is ideal for pets where the pet parent is home but not available or able to walk their dog. The primary objective of this service is to provide your pet(s) with activity time. Activities may include playtime in and around your yard/property, a walk in the neighborhood, or walking to a nearby park.

Drop-In Visits/In-Home Pet Sitting
This service is great for pets who are crated during the day or do not have access outdoors. Your pet gets to stretch their legs, go outside to do their “business”, and have activity time. This is ideal when no one is home during the day, when hybrid workers need to go to the office, or for daytime checks when you have brief overnight travel. Emergency checks can also be arranged if your work day goes long, or your return home is delayed.

Pet Waste Removal
A Pet Pal will collect pet waste from your yard, dog run, and/or litter box, bag it separately, and place it in your garbage collection container, other designated disposal area, or take it with them. Our tools and equipment are sanitized between locations. Once this service is established, no one is required to be home provided that arrangements for access have been made in advance.
Once a Week
$15/week
Once a week visits for up to two pets. Weekly service is billed at the beginning of the month for the upcoming 4-5 week period. Additional pets are $10/each per week.
Twice a Week
$25/week
Twice a week visits for up to two pets. Twice weekly service is billed at the beginning of the month for the upcoming 4-5 week period. Additional pets are $15/each per week.
One time and initial cleanings

Initial and one-time clean-ups are priced per job with a $50 minimum.
Pet Taxi/Pet Transportation (within ABQ only)
Does your pet need a ride? If you’re busy, have to work, or don't drive, our PetPal™ taxi can give your pet a ride to their next appointment, safely and on time. Our pet taxi service will provide private transportation in a climate controlled vehicle that is well maintained and fully insured. Kennels used for transport are safety tested single-body constructed with rubber feet and ventilation. Per Mile
$1/mile
Any trip over 5 miles will incur a $1 per mile charge
Waiting Time
$15/15 minutes
If you want us to wait for your pet, a charge of $15 per fifteen-minutes will apply
Additional Pet
$10/pet
Our standard "per ride" charge always includes one pet; there is a maximum number of three pets per ride
Specialty Rates
$10/occurrence
- Early or Late Pick-up or Drop-off (beyond 8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
- Rush service on the same day, if our schedule allows for it
- Holidays including New Year's (eve-day), Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Independence Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving (W-Th-F), and Christmas (24-25-26)
While we do require a payment card to be on file, all services are pay as you go. Our staff are Pet CPR and First Aid trained, and Wet Paws is licensed, insured, and bonded for peace of mind. Pet Pals have completed additional training with the services we offer.
